Social and Emotional Compatibility of Immigrant Children
Taking into consideration of immigrant childrens' population increase in schools, epecially after the events in Syria, it is really important to take necessary measures and conduct research about their social, emotional and physcologic adaptation.  The stress  arose out of  immigration and difficulties of acculturation may make children  tuneless and bring out behavioral problems. Researchs show that migrant children are more inward, timid and they are less accepted by their peers. At the same time they have emotional adaptation difficulty. If we examine social and emotional incompatibility in closer viewpoint the children who are disharmonious show the general signs below;  1.Inability in learning that cannot be explained  by mental, emotional or health problems 2. Inability in constructing and maintaining relations with peers and teachers 3.Improper behaviours and emotions in normal situations  4. Unhappiness and depression in general 5.Fear and physical signs related with personality or school problems.  As it is understood from these, social and emotional disharmony effects children learning in a negative way and caused them to be unhappy. One of the best way to overcome this is to have conscious teachers in classrooms,  learning of language and getting of high quality education. In a word the main constituent of harmony is education and language. The earlier the children learn Turkish, the more they have a chance to get a better education. The need of communicating with other people is one of the basic need in someones' life. It is really important to attend kindergarden for immigrant children in terms of language and harmonization before attending primary school. The positive effect of harmonization activities containing education and awakening on youth and children is undeniable. We can embody the importance of this issue by evaluating the result of  immigration movement of Germany.  The researchs in recent years reveal that different immigrant groups who immigrate to Germany fit in society in different ways. If we take our base as success in education, the most successful group in immigrants is Spanish. Then comes Eastern-Asian, Russian and Greek origined students.  The most unsuccessful students are Turkish, Arabic and Italian origined students. In order to understand the reason of this situation we should look at the way of organization in different peoples' migration wave. Being the first organization form, after labor migration to Germany in 1960’s Italian, Turkish and Greek migrants chose the way of establishing sport and compatriot associations for their spare time activities.  Contrary to this the Spanish established  associations on education and parent support. They reached 50% of parents and organized them. From the day of their establishment these associations, served the Spanish parents, informed, advised and gave seminars to them on education. Today they are still doing so. They mainly focus assisting on the structure of German education system, bilingual education, intensive German language courses and homeworks. The Spanish parents who were equipped with intensive information were able to support their children in a more productive way and closely followed the rights of their children within the education system. In order to make immigrant children more successful informing, educating, giving seminers and educating parents is highly important because of all these reasons.
